Registration is simple and free:

• Visit our registration page
• Choose your role: Buyer or Seller
• Fill in your name, email, phone, and Batam address
• Verify your email through OTP
• Start browsing auctions immediately!

Currently, yes. GATTCHAA MARKET is designed for the Batam community, and all transactions must be completed with in-person pickup at our store location in Mega Mall Batam Centre.

To place a bid:

• Ensure you have sufficient tokens (1 token per bid)
• Browse active auctions and click on the item you want
• Enter your bid amount (must be higher than current price + increment)
• Confirm your bid - 1 token will be deducted
• Watch the auction progress in real-time

Congratulations! Here's what happens next:

• You'll receive a notification confirming your win
• Your bidding token is refunded to your account
• The seller brings the item to our store within 24 hours
• You'll get a WhatsApp notification when the item is ready
• Visit our store to pay and collect your card

No, bids cannot be cancelled once placed. This policy ensures fair auctions and prevents bid manipulation.

However, if you don't win the auction, your token is automatically refunded to your account.

Auto-extend prevents last-second sniping and ensures fair bidding:

• If a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes, the auction extends
• Extension duration is set by the seller (1-24 hours)
• This gives everyone a fair chance to respond to late bids
• Extensions are clearly marked with notifications

Creating an auction is easy:

• Ensure you have enough tokens (10 tokens for deposit fee)
• Upload clear photos of your card
• Write detailed title and description
• Set starting price, buy-out price, and bid increment
• Choose auction start and end times
• Set auto-extend duration (1-24 hours)
• Publish your auction!

Our fee structure is simple and transparent:

• Deposit Fee: 10 tokens per auction
• Success Fee: 2 tokens deducted when auction has bids
• No Sale: Full refund if no bids received
• Cancellation: It is only possible if there is no bidders and 2 tokens deducted.

Payment process:

• Bring your item to our store within 24 hours of auction end
• Buyer visits store to pay and collect the item
• You receive payment immediately upon item handover
• Admin marks the transaction as completed in the system

You can edit certain aspects of active auctions:

• ✅ Title and description
• ✅ Buy-out price (must be higher than current bid)
• ✅ End time (extend only)
• ✅ Add additional photos
• ❌ Starting price and bid increment (cannot be changed)

Tokens are use to ensure fair participation:

• Equal Access: Everyone pays the same small fee to participate
• Prevents Spam: Small cost deters fake bids and listings
• Fair Bidding: No advantage for big spenders in bidding wars
• Community Building: Encourages serious collectors only
• Please note: Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Token packages available:

• FREE: 0 tokens (starting balance)
• Bronze: 10 tokens - Rp 15,000
• Silver: 30 tokens - Rp 30,000
• Gold: 100 tokens - Rp 50,000

Tokens are refunded in these situations:

• Lost Bid: 100% refund if you don't win the auction
• Won Bid: 100% refund when you win (only final winner)
• No Sale: Sellers get listing fee refunded if no bids

Yes! Admins occasionally grant free tokens for:

• New member welcome bonuses
• Community events and contests
• Referral rewards
• Compensation for technical issues
• Special promotions

Bid and run behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties:

• The bid will be voided and the user may be suspended from future auctions.
• Tokens will be freeze and user's tokens will be deducted as compensation.

We take this seriously and will help resolve the issue:

• Sellers are held responsible for item authenticityR
• Report the issue immediately to our staff upon checking
• We'll investigate and mediate between parties
• Refunds or exchanges may be arranged case by case
• Repeat offenders may be banned from the platform

• Secure encrypted data storage
• Limited information sharing (only what's necessary)
• No selling of personal data to third parties
• Regular security updates and monitoring
• Compliance with Indonesian privacy regulations

Our dispute resolution process:

• Both parties present their case with evidence
