Service Limitations

  • Services are limited to the Batam geographic area
  • All transactions must conclude with in-person pickup

🚫 Account Restrictions

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension of all accounts.

All users must maintain respectful and professional behavior on our platform.

  • Auto-Extend: Auctions may extend if bids are placed near end time
  • Real-Time Updates: Bid amounts update immediately
  • Final Sale: Winning bids constitute a purchase agreement

Seller Obligations

  • Accurate Descriptions: Provide truthful item descriptions
  • Quality Photos: Upload clear, unedited images
  • Condition Disclosure: Disclose all flaws and damage
  • Timely Delivery: Deliver items within 24 hours of auction end
  • Honor Sales: Complete all successful auctions

Buyer Obligations

  • Payment: Pay for won auctions upon item collection
  • Timely Pickup: Collect items within specified timeframe
  • Verification: Inspect items before finalizing purchase
  • Feedback: Provide honest transaction feedback

⏰ Auto-Extend Feature

If a bid is placed within the final 5 minutes of an auction, the auction automatically extends by the seller's specified duration (1-24 hours) to prevent last-second sniping.

🪙 Token System

Our platform uses a token-based system to ensure fair participation and prevent spam. Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Token Usage

  • Bidding: 1 token per bid attempt
  • Listing: 10 tokens per auction deposit
  • Refunds: Tokens refunded for unsuccessful bids
  • Winners: Winning bidders receive token refunds
  • No Expiry: Tokens never expire

Payment Methods

Our token system is the only fee structure. There are no percentage-based commissions, listing fees, or success fees beyond the token requirements.

📚 Intellectual Property

Platform Content

All content on GATTCHAA MARKET, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.

User Content

When you upload content to our platform (photos, descriptions, messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for platform operations.

User Content Rights

  • You retain ownership of your original content
  • You must have rights to all content you upload
  • No copyrighted material without permission

Trading Card Trademarks

💰 Token Refunds

Upon account termination, unused tokens will be refunded within 30 business days, minus any outstanding fees or charges.

Escalation Process
